Looks to me like the civilized world ( and I do not consider any of Islam civilized ) is just gonna sit back and let the MAD MULLAHS of IRAN go ahead and develop their nukes so they can blackmail their way into taking over the earth. I don't know what it is about these descendants of the Medes that makes them so power hungry. Must be the water. 2500 years ago it was the Persians trying to take over the world and it took a gay Macedonian to stop them. HEY!..maybe we need to get that senator back...

I am missing the logic HERE:

Why would those who do not believe in god find a need for a prayer..let alone a prayer book?

I can't remember the exact words of the prayer offered at a meal by the protagonist in the movie Shenandoah but it went something like this: "Lord, we thank you for this food which we planted and raised ourself. Amen." My kind of prayer.

I think I am gonna get me some cackleberries and bacon and another mug of jumpstart and get caloried up to go think about doing some work today. I have the materials for some projects I want to do if I can find the energy to do them. But if not, those projects will still be out there for me to think about doing tomorrow. Y'all come back, heah? If I don't spend the day out in the blistering sauna like heat I'll be back here with some funnies and maybe a rant about politics..I can always rant about politics.
