I expect to see more and more of
these kind of terrorist attacks during the next few years of Obama rule. Yes, New Yorkers were lucky this time but will they be so lucky next time? And of course the Times didn't make any mention of who might have been responsible for the attack...you and I have a pretty good idea though, don't we? But then the Koz brats and the Obama kool ade drinkers will probably try to blame it on the Tea Party....

It was one hell of
a ride... jockey Calvin Borel rode so close to the rail I though he was gonna take it out as he urged 'Super Saver' to the wire on a track that more resembled mud than dirt. The race was memorial in a couple of ways...it was the third Kentucky Derby win for Borel out of the past four starts and the first win for trainer Todd Pletcher. Borel allowed that he was going to take Super Saver all the way to the Triple Crown...and he might well do it. He is one hell of a jockey and I learned a long time ago to put more faith in the jockey than the hay burner. Good jockeys usually will not risk their rep on a bad horse. And jockeys know the horses better than anyone around the track...their living depends on it.
Oh, by the way...just before the race my friend and yours, the Catfish, called me to let me know that Todd Pletcher was one of his relatives of sorts..married to one of Catfish's cousins. Not an in-law..maybe an outlaw?

It is a beautiful Sunday morning in my part of Florida. Overcast but warm...about 75F...and comfortable. I took a brisk walk and talked to my creator a bit and thanked her for my angel of the morning who has told me that she loved me. and she knows I love her very dearly. Life is good my friends...y'all come back, heah?
